Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bartlesville

This hotel is wonderful. The staff was welcoming. Every time we were in the lobby we were spoke to by staff as if we were good friends. So refreshing. Even recommended restaurants to us when asked. This hotel is clean and the rooms are very quiet!!! We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

They have the best cleaning staff. There breakfast isn't very big but they do have variety of items. The customer service is great, respectful and mannered. There are couple places to eat in waking distance. I believe they have one of the best rates in town.

Only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the pool was closed for repair and they no longer have a hot tub, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. HOWEVER, when we checked in the lady at the desk, Emily, was VERY friendly and knowledgeable! She went above & beyond and always had a smile on her face! The room was VERY clean and nice. The mobile check in and mobile room key were awesome! Never had this before, so great concept! Breakfast was good, well stocked, and clean. Room price was more than I would normally pay, however well worth it! Will definitely stay again!

Ok so the hotel was clean, the room was good. I think the only terrible thing was the elevator: if you were on the 4th floor, one elevator couldn't go to the 4th floor. And the other elevator couldn't be called to the 1st floor. So convenience, and if you had a lot of stuff or someone that has limited mobility, it was incredibly infuriating to try and fight to get an elevator where you wanted. Sleeper sofa was a narrow twin, was not fantastic but it was alright if all you did was sleep. King bed was nice tho.

Our original hotel was hit by the tornado and my family and I were coming from way out of state. They easily took us in on extremely short notice and it was amazing. The breakfast wasn't bad at all and had a good selection and was fresh. The beds were....not bad? Extremely bouncy and hard at the same time. The pillows were fluffy and flat. (I'm not exaggerating) but the staff, oh my gods. They were amazing all around. Everything was weirdly spotless with how many people that were in the hotel.

The one thing I hate about hotels in this price range is that many companies send their construction crews to them and they are usually loud, obnoxious, play their music loud in their vehicles, stand around outside talking loudly and sometimes even partying in the parking lots, and many of them smoke weed in their rooms. It is NOT LEGAL to smoke in the rooms and they should be immediately banned from returning. Not everyone can be around that crap and some people are very allergic to it. Disrespectful as hell. I had to complain to the front desk about the thumping music in the parking lot. They also should have been kicked out after being asked twice to not disturb the other guests.

Great reception, very acomodating.Lost electricity during a thunderstorm, left minimum light but plenty of hot water for morning shower. Even had some hot coffee!

Employee at the front desk was super friendly, checked us in quickly, and was very helpful in pointing out places to eat that were still open- we arrived almost at midnight after driving 23 hrs from CA for a funeral!! The beds were soooo comfortable, the shower worked just fine, breakfast was the typical hotel morning breakfast, but yummy just the same. At check out, the hotel manager was super sweet and helpful as well! Great place to stay.
